This cold pressed oil has to maintain because of its excellent frying the ability to taste the cooking, or fried food. This oil is made from selected ripe olives, which are read carefully by hand. To avoid damage to the olive, they have been given within the shortest possible time with utmost care to be pressed. Any damaged, as well as Olive leaves are sorted out here for a thorough washing operation. The olives are then cold pressed. The oil extracted is finally stored in stainless steel tanks.
With an acid content of 1% and less than 15 Peroxydwert mcgO2/kg reached this olive oil "extra virgin"quality. With the taste of olive oil dishes not only look better, they are also lower in calories, as used for its excellent cooking properties and its oil is less consistency.
